More Lights!

It starts out the same way every year. I reluctantly begin putting up lights (usually just before Thanksgiving) and then afterwards I get inspired to put up more and more lights! In the end I'm limited only by the number of outdoor outlets available. 

Some of these decorations were made nearly 15 years ago. Every year I assemble the Gingerbread House complete with the giant candy canes and gumdrops on the roof. Ive added some lighting effects I bought at Lowe's this time around. They're a lot of fun with very little effort! 

This year I had a little help from my Elf in training! She had a great time stringing the lights. And I enjoyed watching and supervising! 

I still have to finish up the last strand on the edge. (We ran out of lights.) and put the gumdrops on the roof. And I have to get the Gingerbread Man's arm waving again. That should just about do it for this year.
